Contributor privacy notice

Effective August 4, 2026

This notice explains marketplace processing in plain language. It supplements the contributor agreement and does not replace any region-specific notice required at launch.

Data we collect

We collect your account identity, contributor agreement evidence, payout status, selected coding-agent trajectory files, technical upload metadata, quality and safety results, and support or rights-request messages. Tremendous, our payout provider, receives your name and email to deliver rewards, and may separately collect any identity or tax information it needs to provide them.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, review provenance and rights, detect secrets and abuse, price and pay for accepted trajectories, operate the marketplace, comply with tax and legal duties, create and license datasets and derived environments, and secure and improve our systems.

Disclosure and downstream use

Raw submissions are restricted during review. Accepted material may be redacted, annotated, transformed, combined with other data, used to train or evaluate AI systems, and licensed or sold to customers under the contributor agreement. Service providers may process data for hosting, authentication, analysis, security, and payments.

Retention and security

Rejected and quarantined raw uploads are deleted after intake, and incomplete uploads are deleted after 24 hours. Accepted data and the records needed to establish provenance, rights, payments, fraud prevention, and legal compliance may be retained longer. We use access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, quarantine storage, audit events, and content screening, but no system can guarantee perfect security or de-identification.

Your choices and rights

You choose which sessions to upload. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, opt out of sale or sharing, or receive a portable copy of personal information. We will not discriminate for exercising a non-waivable right. A deletion request may not revoke a valid intellectual-property transfer, but applicable privacy rights and legal restrictions still apply.
